How to test LM465 to see if it works
plug in a mini timer, maxi coontroller, or some sort controller in the same wall outlet and turn item on or off.
If it goes on or off it works.
If it doesn't it does not.
If it works locally but not from your normal switches you have a signal issue ( noise, signal strength, or attenuation )
If the device goes on or off by itself you have a noise or interferrence issue.
This item has a rating of around 500 watts
This item should not be used for any item other than a lamp with an incandescent bulb in it. Failure to follow these instructions will cause damage to both the module and the item you plug into it, and may cause fire. This item should not be used outdoors at all. This item is not designed for Floresent lamps dimmable or otherwise. Just because it works the minute you turn it on does not mean you are fine and safe. I have personally tested this device and started a fire in a controlled enviornment test. This device should not operate any type of motor like a fan or otherwise.
